I got mine on Monday the 23rd. I must have got the same one as Jason above. My MSRP was also 39,390. You can see my prices quoted a couple posts above, for the exact same model, one blue, and one grey. Mine is grey, 2LT, FWD, DVD, trailering, leather/heated seats, sunroof.
If you read my post above, I ended up going with the small town dealer. Got treated well. Got them some info on the phone ahead of time, and when I got there, they had washed it, filled out the paperwork, and was out of there in a half hour. Also got me a full tank of gas. Very good experience. Even got to pet the friendly showroom cat.

I did not have a trade in. I sold my 03 Venture privately the day before.
I had to pay the dealer $50 in doc fee (very fair to me, big city dealer told me "somewhere around $185" they wouldn't quote me an exact number when talking to two different people. I didn't like that. I also was offered a chance to talk to the sales manager, and I said, "Sure have him call me back. He never did. That sealed the deal for me not buying their blue 2LT. I really was considering buying their Traverse-despite being $80 more, I kinda liked the blue better. But I am good with the Grey I got.)
Other stuff not related to the dealer:
$1707 in tax (5% in Iowa on the amount before the GM Card)
$189 in title and license fee
