I got the 2025 LT and the sound system sucks! Sounds like a portable AM radio. It's even worse than the system on my 2019 Traverse. Is there any mod to make to help this out? (My wife has a Bose system in her Rogue and reminds me of it every time she rides with me).

OK - one thing I found makes it a little better is to slide the balance to the rear of the vehicle.

A subwoofer is your friend. Totally saved my '99 Silverado. I won't own a car without one now.

Any idea how to add one to the Traverse? - Thanks

I added a small amp and sub hidden under the floor hatch in back. Tied in a line level input to the amp and that feeds the subwoofer. Changes the overall sound A LOT! Personal preference though. I like the extra thump.

Thanks for the reply. I have zero experience in amps/subwoofers so please help. I happen to have an amp that I got from a guy at work that was really into cars and stereos. These were for my son to put in his car but he bought some stuff on his own. Anyway the amp is Harmon Kardon CA260. When you say tied it into "line level input" what does this mean? Also, remembering my sons car I would also need to run run some heavy gauge fused power cables to the amp? - Thanks
