Engine wont start and fuse box makes a buzzing noise when i turn the key

i had just finished up replacing my primary wiring harness after suspecting a bad wire to be the cause of my no start condition but now with the "new" harness in place it still wont start and the there's a weird buzzing noise coming from the fuse box when i try to start the car. i pulled all the fuses and they all appeared to be fine, don't know how to check the relays though. the buzzing stopped when i pulled the PWR/TRN relay so i swapped it with a relay of the same part number of the fan ports (1,2 and 3) none of them made the issue go away so i think its not the relay but idk for sure.

IIRC, you have an early 1st Gen. The PWR/TRN relay feeds a bunch of important stuff. See first two diagrams. The relay is fed from the ECM. See 3rd diagram. I'm pretty sure chattering isn't going to let the engine start. Good luck.

Is the pwrtrn relay port supposed to have fewer contacts then the rest of the relay ports with the 2751 relay in them?

As seen in the image above the pwrtrn relay doesn't have the middle pin like all the others. Is this normal or could this be an issue?

Look at the 3rd wiring diagram I posted. The Pwr/Trn relay only uses 4 pins. Two power the relay coil, one feeds TO the relay's contacts, and one comes FROM the "energized," aka normally open, contact. Some relays, with the same PN, will also need to use the "deenergized," aka normally closed, contact. These will have the middle pin that you think is "missing" (for example, see the Cooling Fan Speed Control Relay in the 2nd wiring diagram. It needs 5 pins, but I can tell you is the same relay PN as the other 2 Cooling Fan relays on that diagram.

So I'd say it's OK.

Also forgot to mention this in the original post, it seems like the fuel pump runs for around 15 seconds each time I try to start the car. Fuel pump should be on a completely different circuit than the pwrtrn. Thinking the issue might be bigger then a funky relay. Could it be possible the ECM failed?

And as far as gen. It's a 2011 lt with towing. That's as much as I know
