Hi all. My wife was driving our '12 Traverse the other day and it shut off on her. She was at idle (not in park) waiting in a car line to get into a parking lot. She tried to accelerate to move forward in the line, but the car would hardly move. Then, it started to shutter and died. She tried to restart it but got nothing. About 10 min. later (after making some calls for assistance) she was able to restart and drive it back home with no issues. Scanned it when I got home and got the codes listed in the thread title. I also started the car multiple times and let it run-all seemed normal. Have been looking and looking online and finding a lot of conflicting or not so relevant info. Was hoping you all might be able to help me out. I saw one site that mentioned the issue might be with the fuel pressure sensor that is inline down by the tank. I never replaced that one. Symptoms on the site mentioned conditions my wife experienced.

Also, it might be worth noting that in the recent past I have:

-replaced the purge valve last month due to a po496. The car was having a fit starting after fill-ups. Solve now.
-replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor in Jan. due to a different code than mentioned above and MIL-problem solved after install.
-replaced fuel pump a year go due to a sending unit/gas gauge issue-problem fixed after install.

Thank you all for any help you might be able to offer!

Thought I would post a fix in case anyone else comes across this at a later date. First I tried replacing the pressure sensor that is right under the driver 's seat. That didn't do it. I tried digging around and found a tsb relating to this issue. The fix from the company said "use higher test gas and don't idle as long" Thanks, real helpful! I deeper dive uncovered an old tsb relating to the 2013's and the fuel pump. Seems that there were issues with a lot of pumps having a loose connection in them. Apparently some of the gas would leak back into the tank rather than go into the line. Anyway, new pump, no more problems.

I did not. When I first was getting high pressure codes last year, my first fix was the sensor on the rail. That took care of it. Looking into the issue, the codes I gave in this thread seem to indicate the low pressure side of things issue. If readings on the low pressure side go too wacky, then the pump can get shut down by the system.

Here's the weird part, I would only have the issue return at 1/4 tank or less. Makes me wonder is there was an internal leak in the pump somewhere that, when exposed due to low fuel level, would start sucking air or something. Almost like when you try to use a straw with a crack in it. Anyway, has been driving normally now since the new pump was installed.
