Hi and thanks for taking a look. I have practically rebuilt the engine, replaced the cat closest to the front bumper, replaced spark and coils, (previously cleaned maf, cataclean, fuel injector cleaner, and ran valve cleaner thru throttle body). Still showing 11.x miles per gallon while Torque shows 16 or 17mpg. There are no codes thrown (Today my battery went stone cold dead after sitting or short trips). Car has 161,207 miles on it. Its a 2013 Chevy Traverse LT AWD.

Hmmm. My reply didn't post. Yes I reset every refuel the mpg, trip A&B, and reset 1 or 2 others in that module whose names escape me at the moment.

Retook photos at idle (cold start)
Those had info from dead battery issue last night. Same battery... car started after sitting overnight.

STFI is 2.3 in New screen shot and replaced all 4 O2 sensors thru Meineke. Not certain of the brand unfortunately.

i reset Trips A&B, avg economy, fuel used, and avg speed on each refuel.

Inside Torque, I have the mpg and trip mpg meters which shows different values.

Sitting here at idle in driveway (pictures above) shows 16 mpg currently.

Interesting... I am going to try hosing down the MAF and throttle body tomorrow morning before my trip o Atlantic City. Thinking maybe will help along with the trip down at highway speed with premium gas In the tank will help the fuel injector cleaner put in and burned thru 1/2 a tank and clean the valves in the process.

Got 14.9 running between stop and go and highway miles. I CRC sprayed the valves thru the trottlebody and cleaned the MAF.

Wondering if the full trims between the 2baks should be equal or at least close?

Well... After CRC throttle body, MAF cleaner, fuel injector cleaner and 210 miles my mpg slowly rose to 17.0 mpg highway. Was 11 mpg city... Think I need to take to a mechanic to perform the throttle body cleaning again using the vaccum line method. I am not sure what to pull to do it and when I did it there wasn't much smoke. Just a circular wet pattern at the exhaust pipe.

Hi. I replaced all 4 O2 sensors and the catalytic converter (engine side) in August 2022. I dont know what brand Meineke put in though.

Hi! Thanks for responding! I had been getting only 11.x mpg on the dash. I had cleaned the MAF sensor which creeped up to 16mpg highway this past Sunday. I replaced the MAF sensor and immediately saw MPG climbing. I drove about 40 miles just to see what would happen with cruise control set to 60mph. Sure enough MPG went up to 22.9 Hwy. Torque also happened to log misfires in cylinder 3 however.

Can anyone identify (in detail or photo)? I have heard of DIYers using the brake booster hose to spray valve cleaner with better dispersion than thru the trottle body. Each time I tried thru throttle body I barely get smoke from tail pipe. Hoping to do this to help with misfires I found using torque logging for cylinders 1 nd especially 3. Or should I find a mechanic simply cause the brakes are involved?

Welp back to 11.x mpg city n dash. Assuming due to torque reporting misfires on cyl1 and 3 (no codes ever). Guess gonna buy 2 new plugs since the new plugs have anti seize coating already applied. I swapped old plugs for rodinium ones while I had the engine torn down. Thinking need to check for fowling or gap? Or swap coils to diagnose.
