Those readings you posted, where they taken with the engine at idle? If so your STFI are high. STFI should be between -3 and +3 at idle. High negative numbers indicate computer is trying to reduce fuel.
Did you put new AC O2 sensors in the front position after the Cat replacement.

If check engine light is on, then remote start is disabled. Weak battery may not start on remote but will start with the key is another possibility.

How old are those oxygen sensors? I change mine at the spark plug service interval of 100k miles with only Genuine GM sensors.
Oxygen sensors are one of the primary fuel control sensors. At 161k miles I would say you are overdue. Sensors get ''lazy'' as the miles pile on.
