Before Spring Hill wound down production of the 2010- I had communicated with a Spring Hill worker via email.
He asked that I not post pics- until AFTER they stopped production.
Well here they are... enjoy.

he said---
>Here's just some of the pics that I have from Spring Hill, all were
>taken in the last Month. Pics numbered anywhere between
>1-65 are from Body Systems and Paint, 80 and up are from General
>Assembly. The numbering is very close to the Assembly process
>itself.

and then I asked about the emissions test....
if you all remember--- I ordered my 2010- and it arrived off the trailer with some 350 some miles on it..
though the vehicle was super clean and no signs of it being on the road--- he was nice enough to send me pics of the location where the vehicles get that emissions testing......

>PIC 97 is the completed vehicle that just came out of the overhead carrier.
>it rounds that curve
>and gets the underside inspected (There's an access pit around the
>corner), then the vehicle gets all the doors and rear hatch adjusted
>for fit and lock alignment right after that. Then it's onto the Front
>end alignment.....Then roll test and emmisions test.......I took those
>pics tonight for ya!
>(And a few others in GA) They are attached to this E-Mail. Yes, you can
>post the pics on the Traverse forum but, Please wait until AFTER the
>23rd of Nov to do so........That's all that I ask.
>BTW, I'll label the pics so you'll know what they
>are......Thanks.

and his comment on another forum...

Hi, Thought the members of the forum would be interested in a few pics of the Last Chevy Traverse to roll down the line at Spring Hill Assembly in TN. I've been at Spring Hill since 1996 and with GM Since 1979. It's been a long standing tradition at GM that the last vehicle being built of that vehicle line at a plant be a White vehicle so that plant employee's can sign the floor board and leave the memory's with the last car.......Here's some pics of that vehicle. I've also shared alot of other pics from all locations of the plant with another member on this forum a week or so ago, and he can feel free to post them at any time! Thanks to all of you that bought 1 of our "Spring Hill Built" Chevrolet Traverse's...........Mike

This is very interesting. When I take delivery of my white Traverse next Thursday, I'll check under the carpet, :). My car definitely was one of the last ones because it just arrived at my dealer yesterday.

Those pictures of the Traverses with the glass not installed sure look like Enclaves from the back quarter. The back side window has almost the exact same shape....but with the glass installed, it fools the eye, because the glass covers the "c" pillar.
