Looking to get some help on debugging/fixing the seat heaters on my 2017 Traverse.

Problem: Pressing either driver or passenger side seat heater buttons does nothing. No lights come on and neither seat heats.

I have verified 30A fuse is intact. If I disconnect the brown plug from the module under driver seat (which appears to be the wire loops in the seats) then pressing the seat heater buttons function and light up, but seats don't heat and the system shuts off automatically after a short time. Replacing the seat module did not resolve the issue.

This is my determination of the pin out of the brown connector.
