Does any one have a problem in cold climate with the rear suspension make a bottoming out sound when you go over a bump?

Not sure where you live. Changed mine out at 50,000 living up in the north. The cold will make any part sound bad. I did need them after being checked. The change is pretty easy.

I live in Prince George B.C> This is a 2014 took to dealer and still waiting on reply from GMC head office it has been 13 weeks and still no word.

13 weeks waiting for a reply to hear if theyll replace the shocks?

I probably would have said screw it- and bought new ones myself and put them on.

(how much weight do you have in the back?)
full of passengers?
or empty?

is this a speed bump? or dip in road at speed?

I had the same issue last winter, I'm located in Canada MB. Went to local dealership in the end of March and got answer "cannot recreate the problem" But they agreed to check my car again in next late fall (when probably will be again cold)...
