Can anyone give me some tips on how to remove the rear door panels without breaking anything? It looks as if the armrest pads need to come off first, but it's not clear how the clips work that hold it down. (I'm replacing the speakers - I have the usual interior tools for panel removal.)

The cover or face of that handle pulls off.

Then you can get the Hex bolts out. parts 11 12 13 and 4
