Think about it the Traverse makes a lot more sense than a Crown Vic as a patrol vehicle - AWD - more room for customers - better mileage, haven't been in a Vic lately :eek:hno: but it might also be faster? And the handling is pretty good also.

that is possibly a scene response unit- or a supervisor unit.
It wouldnt be used as a pursuit vehicle...
Most likely to transport people to scenes (example- cadets to help with traffic flow)
transport gear etc.

The highway patrol in my state drive one of two vehicles normally. Either a Tahoe or a Camaro. Easy to figure out what each is used for...

I could see the Traverse being a good replacement for the Tahoe, has more interior room and better milage. Nice to know that law enforcement sees the Traverse as strong enough for their hard work.

Its a base Traverse with the 17 inches wheels and hubcaps. Dont think it is used in pursuit vehicule like they use a lots of Grand Caravan here.
