Hello,
I want to purchase roof cross rails for my 2010 Traverse LS. Build date is 10/09/2009. I plan to install these on my own. Apparantly I need to ensure my Traverse is Equipped with Option Code (V2P) before ordering. How do I check if my Traverse is equipped with Option Code V2P?
Thank You.

look in your glove box- theres a decal there with the codes.

you can also easily verify if you have the metal C channel rails...

go to this thread--- and look at the pictures I posted...
look at my rails--- within the rails- there is a metal C channel rail.... if you HAVE these metal rails within your black longitudinal rails-- all you need to order is the cross rail kit....

If you DO NOT see these C channels- you need to order the kit with the cross bars and the C- channels- kit part # is 19244268

Thank You rbarrios,
Looked in the glove, and now I know where to find all my option codes! No V2P and no C channels as per your pictures. Great information, I will order the correct part through GM Parts Direct. Thanks Again,
Joe

c-channels only...

If I had the c-channels, could I attach any other kind of cross-rails like Thule, etc? If so, does anyone have a part number just for the c-channels?

Thanks,

Vlad
