I have a 2011 with 150k miles and running pretty smooth except for the upper air vents. It seems like the bottom vents are not closing completely which switching from floor to upper. When I switch to floor the volume of air flow is much greater then when it is switched to the upper. Also when it is in the upper, I can still feel the air flow at my feet.
I have replaced the actuator with no improvement. I haven't tried the fuse reset as I haven't found clear instructions on how to perform. Has any on tried to reposition/reset an actuator? I found this from ACDelco

Could someone reply with the instructions or link to them for me to try? Any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated.
