Just bought a set of these from good old Ebay.

I will let everyone know how they are when I get them and throw some Pic's up with them on.

Re: Chrome OEM type Wheel covers for the LS.

are they the exact same patter?

Seems the maker left off the Chevy logo?

They are the same pattern just the logo is missing of course just so they didn't have ti license it.

They screw on with the lug caps the same as the OEM ones.

It is definitely a better look than the stock ones, but I still don't like the look of the plastic covers. Just another one of the reasons we went with the 18" wheels.

Once I wear out this set of tires I'm putting winter tires on and upgrading my rims. This will make things look better until then.

They are pretty sharp, how much does a set go for?

$88.50 US for a set of 4.

I'm still waiting for them though they hit Canada customs and have been sitting there since Nov 25th.

Not sure what the hold up is. :(

Finally good enough weather to test fit them Going to run the OEM ones for the winter then put the Shinny ones on in the summer.

Looking nice and clean! It was a decent day in S. Ontario today. Our town had the Christmas Parade and for once I wasn't freezing my but off!

Yes it was nice here too. I washed her up and change the wiper blades.

Was fun figuring out how to change the rear one.

My rear wiper is trashed; is there any special tools required or anything else we should know

this is interesting- that you had the chance.... it was about 86 degrees here today.
I just noticed that the LS is missing something...
Seems they dont come with the chrome strip along the bottom of the windows.

isn't that just an LTZ model trim option?

My '11 1LT has it... If not a standard item, maybe it's part of the "Red Jewel Premier Package", although it's not listed anywhere on the sticker.

You have to reach into the base of the rear wiper and push the little release and slid it off down towards the base.

It's a pain to do. I also had to reuse the arm and just install a new rubber blade. The arm has to have enough room to slide on and off in a tight space.

The chrome trim is included in all LT and LTZ models. For some reason the LS also has a black door bumper strip instead of a body coloured one. You would think that it would cost more money to have a separate strip for the LS model then to just have a body coloured one like the rest of the models. Oh well.

Now I have heard that there is a difference between the LT chrome strip and the LTZ chrome. I don't know what it is, because I simply haven't bothered to look, but I do know that there are a handful of LTZ owners out there that have had the strip come loose.

I don't recall any LT owners having an issue with the strip.
