was looking at my lug nuts... they looked bigger than the ones on my Impala.
went to try and sure enough-- I didnt have a socket big enough.

Im guessing maybe 21mm?

There is a folding lug wrench in the Traverse that fits - I put locking wheel nuts on mine and used the OEM one, which worked fine.

But I need the socket size- so that I can attach it and use my torque wrench when I tighten the lug nuts--- so as to avoid warping the rotors--- and avoid getting the pulsating brakes in the future.

The size is 7/8" AF

I would bet it is 22mm they have not used standard measurements for many years.

Yes, both 7/8" AF and 22mm seem to have the same amount of free play (very small). Now, I will have to dig out my collection of Whitworth (BSW/BSF) sockets to see which one of those fits!
