Have you guys noticed that there is a very pronounced bend in the dipstick 'tube'? It makes it harder to read the oil level as removal and reinsertion really smears the oil along the stick.

And yesterday I bent the stick accidentally as I was careful when putting it back in :eek:hno:. I straightened it but I was worried it might snap :eek:hno:.

I noticed that the first day I bought the Traverse. On mine, there is a cable right in front of the loop handle where you remove the dipstick. I tried moving the cable aside, but it is too short.
