How are the headlights removed?
OR how are the bulbs replaced?

I changed bulbs on our 07 Impala yesterday- very easy to remove- 1 screw and 1 pull tab and the whole assembly came off.....

I got curious about the traverse....
I removed the push clips and lifted up the plastic cover-- and removed 3 screws/bolts from the headlight...
it was still on tight... no movement....

As of now, GM service info does not have the Traverse headlamp replacement description...but they have the Enclave, Acadia & the Outlook. The Enclave and Acadia both have 4 bolts/screws and the Outlook has 3 bolts/screws that hols in the assembly. All three of them need to be pulled forward. Their might be a hidden bolt or screw on the Traverse.

Removal of the headlamps is not necessary.
TO access the rear of the headlamps to replace burned out bulbs- requires that you remove 4 screws- 2 in the wheel well and 2 under the bumper- and then pull the plastic wheel well shield just enough to turn and remove the cover.
