It sucks, but it doesn't look too terrible.

It could happen again, no offense, so I'd just touch it up with some gloss black paint and move on for the time being.

Having it repaired (like by a mobile wheel fixing company) is another option, and would be cheaper than a new wheel, but how well will it look and/or hold up long they usually just do a quick blend/touch up job.

Or you could remove the tire and have it completely refinished as the 3rd option.

A new wheel would obviously cost the most, but then you could have a spare/back up (albeit scratched) wheel I suppose.
