My husband spilled something in our cup holders. It looked like we cleaned it up, but a month later does NOT smell like it. I’ve tried everything to clean them, but think it may be underneath. Can I remove these without ruining the piece that sits on top to hold them in? They look permanent in our 2020. I think we were able to in our 2011 but I can’t remember.
