Well folks,

I got the chrome pillarposts "stick-ons" for about $40 (shipping included). Not too bad for quality....

The results are attached (hopefully, a few too many Black Russians and Mucho-Vino won't screw this up for me...)

And these pics were right after a 700-mile or so trip with out a wash.

About 21.5 mpg at 82 or so mph (NVPM, "No Vehicles Passed Me"), during the trip, (very respectable I thought).

And, the limiter at 108 or so is ever so gentle, such that you can actually hit 112 or so depending on aceleration (sp re: vino).

That Traverse do run at 108 just fine, zip fer wind noise and no issues with steering input, etc. 90+ is almost not noticeable.

I am not a big fan of chrome but the pillars actually look good, they blen well with the chrome door handles and window trim - nice work!

I wonder what the 20 inch rimmed Traverse- is set at before the speed limiter kicks in.
I understand that the limiter is partially based on the tire rating the vehicle came from the factory with... im guessing the 20's are sportier tire-- vs the 18's rating.
