Does anyone know how the build cycle works? I know my order is going to be entered into the build cycle. How often do they start ect?

seems its at 3300.
Pretty soon its going to hit 3800.
Appears they start to gather the parts needed- and it will be produced soon.

1100 = Preliminary Order (Order passed GM edit tables but dealers has not received allocation to place order)
2000 = Accepted By GM (Dealer used allocation to place order into production)
2500 = Preferenced (Order pulled to the production system)
3000 = Accepted By Production Control (Order input into the production system)
3100 = Sequenced (Order sequenced for Production)
3300 = Scheduled For Production (Order is scheduled into the plant build cycle)
3400 = Broadcast (Order is sent to various build & supplier areas to bring order together)
3800 = Produced (Order is built and VIN# shows in the Dealer Order system now)
4150 = Invoiced (Order is invoiced to the dealer)
4200 = Shipped (Vehicle is shipped to the dealer or point of delivery)
5000 = Delivered To Dealer
6000 = Delivered To Customer

Just checked my order and has gone to 3400. Does it now have a build date?

well it appears to be ready to be built... But I dont know if anyone can tell you exactly what day it will be built.

My Traverse is on its way to the dealer. I checked my status on Mon. Nov. 1 and it was at 4800. I can't believe it was done so quick. The dealer said maybe by the end of next wk.

when you can-- can you post a timeline...
that way others who inquire about build times can see how easysily it can flow- when its ordered.

I made a mistake reading my event codes. I'm not at 4800 yet. The tracking site has some duplicate codes on different days and what I thought was 4800 is 4B00.

10/20 2000
10/20 2500
10/20 3000
10/20 3300
10/27 3400
10/30 3800
10/30 4B00
10/30 4300
10/31 4200
On 10/30 it was also listed at 4200 So I,m a little confused as to exactly where I'm at. I do think it has been shipped.
I don't know how it went from 4300 on the 30th to 4200 on the 31st. Also when I log into the Camaro tracking site my status is
4B00 but in the history its listed as above. One other note, on the chevrolet track your order site it says it has been shipped and is on the way to the dealer. Just a little confusing I'm still hoping it will be at the dealer by the end of next week.

My order is now at 4800 as of 11/07. Hopefuly I will be driving my new Traverse by the weekend.

Good news bad news. Good news, dealer called today and my Traverse is in. Bad news is I'm leaving for FLA for 10 days in the mornig. Just have to wait a little longer.

They better put up a sign that says- SOLD.

I just picked mine up yesterday... Ordered on 10/22, picked up on 11/16.

I just picked up my car yesterday So far very impressed. Other than spending 3 hours at the dealer waiting to sign the final paper work everything is great. No extra miles on it. I would have told them to keep it. Ordered on 10/11 delivered to the dealer on 11/16,picked up 11/27.

Rbarrios thanks for your help and the info on the bluetooth from the other site. My mistake for not ordering it in the begining.
