Just purchased a 2020 Traverse, paired my iPhone but the infotainment system tells me there is no phone paired, but it lists all my contacts. The system Does not turn off the radio and ring through the car like my 2014 Traverse did. It also keeps turning down the volume on my iPhone. Does anyone else have these issues?

My dealer told me there is a update for the system in my '20 . It's a 2-3 hr long upload into the system per the service Mgr.. I still have to schedule it to be dropped off to be done as I was having XM issues in mine so maybe you need that update also.
