I did not spot any earlier threads so my experience must be an unusual failure. Unless some more folks chime in. With a hair over 2K miles on my odo the windshield wipers stopped last night. Of course I only discovered this in a heavy-rain commute, lol. Took it in this morning and the dealership just called to tell me it was a faulty wiper relay.

At least I got a nice Tahoe rental out of it... and I'm still happy I picked the Traverse over the Tahoe. What a clunky rumbly monster!

yeah- seems you may have gotten the 1 bad relay of the thousands they make.



had cable installed a month ago-- last week the P hook broke-
I called service (couldnt find the part at home depot).
they came out- and the repair guy said- oh it came out....
I said no--- It Broke...
he looked at it---
sure enough simply snapped in half where the metal becomes the threaded part
These normall just bend--- not break..
took him 5 min to replace...
seems I got the 1 bad phook of the thousands that are made.
