well if you plan on keeping the vehicle for a long long time or drive it for 150- 200,000... then it probably makes no difference.
If you trade cars every 3 or 4 yrs... then youre prob better off getting a 2010--- as the 2009 would already have yrs worth of depreciation....BUT.... the Lambdas currently have a very very nice resale value.
many have commented that they go look at used ones- and find that for a few thousand more--- they can drive away with a brand new one.
There are some differences. Some things taken away, some things added. Only thing I noted that I wish I had on my 2009 was the USB port on the radio. Not enough for me to consider a trade. Don't forget you'd have to re-pay the Tag/Title/Tax charge, which might be a lot.
