So we all know the USB is used for the iphone and ipod integrations. I went to use the USB port to charge my Android phone and I cant the pesky "Connecting" to stop show on the screen at the radio. Is there a way around this to stop it from trying to connect whatever is plugged into the USB port? Love the port to charge my phone, but really?! I monkeyed with Android and toggle Debugging USB port with no luck.

I use the galaxy s. You should have a function on the phone to choose usb mode. You can choose "ask" and choose each time. When I hook mine up, I just hit the home key and the connection notification goes away...
