I came across this page to add Heated Seats:
http://www.yourgmparts.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=326403

Or this one with the picture of the switches:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVY-TRAVERSE-HEATED-SEAT-KIT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem518f919c9eQQitemZ350301035678QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Does anyone know... is this all you have to buy to get heated seats? It almost implies that the wiring for the seats is already there or, would you have to buy new seats also?

Thanks Darin

Both of those posts are very vague about what comes with the kit. It appears it is just the switches, in which case you have to have the heaters too, which would need to go into the seats. My guess is you have to buy seats with heaters in them and buy this which comes with the switches and wiring.

Again I dont know but that is what it looks like to me. I would send this seller a question on ebay and ask exactly what comes with the kit. Even if it does come with the heaters how do you get them in the seats? Cut, install, and sew back up?

I just shot an email off to the ebay seller. I will let you know what they say.

You have to have the heating elements installed in the seats. Those are just pictures of the dash kit.

Search the acadiaforum about this topic. There is some members over there who installed the GM retrokit (in Acadias and Outlooks). Some good info about installation.

Can you give us a link to the post to save some time?
