2016 2LT AWD 3.6 engine. Bought new. Now has 45,000 miles. This car developed a random flare on the 2nd to 3rd shift at approximately 5,000 miles. Flare may go as high as 1000 rpm at a full throttle shift, a couple of hundred rpm on light throttle. It is random at mid to light throttle but is usually there at full throttle. Flare is pretty quick to be arrested and has gotten no worse in the last several years.

Has anyone else has this flare? If so, has it been corrected?

2016 Traverse bought it brand new with only 20 miles on it, currently at @ 75k miles. Transmission slipping 1-2 or 2-3 for a while now which happens randomly, replaced transmission and transfer case fluids but nothing changed. Now we have it figured out and car at dealership waiting to hear from them. Transmission will slip after driving and idling for like an hour or more total run time, something is overheating. You drive short distance, all is fine.
