Hey how you guys doing, hope I'm posting in the correct forum. I'm an owner of a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse Premier AWD/ Iridescent Pearl with just under 8k miles on it.
Purchased my first Chevy earlier this year Jan 2023, had high hopes and was really enjoying it.
Any of y'all have any of these issues on yours (yet)?
1. ABS / ESC ceased up on me while in a parking lot.
(Vehicle at dealer right now, claim number with GM, etc) . The parts are in nationwide backorder (per dealership and GM reps).
2. Camera system not working at times when putting vehicle in reverse ? I sometimes get the error triangles popping up on screen (randomly happens).
3. Infotainment or whole system audio goes mute at times + Onstar light turns red., Bluetooth works fine, phone keeps playing but whole system goes mute including door chime, etc. It DOES start working after the car being locked /parked for a while but then it goes mute again.
4. Steering assist failed, kept getting notification on tach/dash . I had no power steering .
Anybody else having these issues? Pretty disappointed on getting this vehicle and don't feel safe driving it; especially with my newborn now. That was the whole purpose of buying a slightly bigger vehicle and to make the switch from Japanese to American vehicles.
Any advice ? I'm in Southern California, we have the Lemon Law,GM needs to attempt to fix a few times to law to go into effect however I don't even wanna pick up the vehicle IF it does get "repaired" ,I just don't feel safe driving it anymore. Disappointed/p**sed off . I'm trying to apply pressure towards GM purchasing the vehicle back , anyone have experience with this or what y'all suggest I should do?
