I bought my CPO 2023 Traverse in May. Now my Infotainment system has died. Mostly black screen, with the Chevy Logo popping up periodically. When I get in the car the logo doesn't even fully show up. It freezes as it loads. So many nice little features that I bought the car for don't work anymore. Nav, Sirius, Speed Limit on the dash, Carplay, Bluetooth.
The problem happened right after an app update, and I suspect it's related. If only there was a way to boot into safe mode and fix it.
Dealer just called and said the radio is dead, and needs to be replaced. They have no stock, and no lead time on the replacement. The service department folks are being suitably sympathetic, and worried about their survey points, but, this is very frustrating.
Does anybody have any info, or had the same issue? How long am I in for? Are there any alternatives?
