Saw a video on installing a RV break controller in a 2019 Traverse with a factory installed hitch (could not find anything on the 2020). It showed pigtails on a wiring harness under the plastic driver side door sill. I popped the sill and did not find wires. No luck looking under the dash or behind the left hand vertical plastic scuff panel in the driver’s foot well. Any suggestions, please? Thanks.

Someone posted a pic of the wires on a Gen 2, but I can't seem to find it. They will be taped up to other wires and may be difficult to discern. I'm surprised the video showed them under the door sill. They should be in the outside wall of the foot-well in front of the door. Where the parking brake pedal "used" to be. This guy in Post 27 in the link below just posted that he's installed one, but is not getting a brake signal at the hitch connection. You might PM him and see if he can help you.

Brake Controller?

I am just getting started on getting a factory controller but get different answers from dealer and customer assistance so trying to go up the GM ladder Just answered you in your other post. Short answer: No factory brake controller. See here...
