I bought a brand new 2018 Traverse over a year and a half ago and have nothing but problems with it sense. The speakers woudl crackle and pop and the sound would cut out to include the turn signals intermittently at first. Then it would get worse and increase in the duration of the sound being completely out until it finally would be completely silent and not return after turning the car off and then back on. We have had to replace 2 amps, speakers, and an interface module. After the first amp was replaced non of the apps would work, no pandora, no iheart radio nothing just says there is not an internet connection to connect to, yet we have 4G LTE unlimited data through OnStar in the car. We can do anything through the internet via our other devices that we connect to the car's WiFi but non of this other stuff works. Were told after 9 months of this not working that it is a GM Cloud issue and that has been our problem all along. Not sure how a cloud issue would blow2 amps and multiple speakers though. Getting no support from Perry/Performance Chevrolete in Elizabeth City, NC and am currently working to try to get assistance from GM Executive support who wants me to take the vehicle to another dealership, but if I do that I have to pay a $145 diagnostics fee that GM Executive will not cover.

FYI, if the car is still covered under warranty, diagnostics fees are not charged. And if the car is not under warranty, those are charged at the discretion of the service department or waived if repaired with them.
