I have had my 2017 traverse in 3 times for the roof being soaking wet. The service agent was rude and told me today to take it to a sunroof dealer to see what the problem is because they readjusted it and took pictures and there is nothing he can do.. any ideas what i can do next.

Sooo, you're saying the dealer said to take it to private sunroof company? Not exactly what a dealer says if the sunroof comes as a dealer installed option...usually they will take it to a partner if it's a warranty item. I would certainly take it back or call the regional office.

Poor service, escalate it to Chevy Customer service. Corporate doesn't want it's dealer franchise's dropping the ball and losing sales to the competition.
