I've had the Traverse for about two months from a dealer, second owner. All-in-all the vehicle is in great shape, it just hit 60k miles.
Recently the following started to occur when driving the vehicle:

1. Various instruments appear to be delayed within the instrument cluster.
I.E. the speedometer jumps to the appropriate speed after acceleration is complete, blinkers are delayed or not visible, but appear to function externally as they should.

2. Buttons within the steering wheel appear to have latency when pressed.
I.E. the volume of the radio does not transition immediately when pressing the button.

I've unhooked the battery to try a "reset" but no change.
Any thoughts on a possible solution to these issues? Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you,
TR

EXACT same issues here. I managed to figure it out today.

The side detection sensors are water damaged. As soon as I disconnected them, the dash functioned correctly.

Thanks for the post JBarrett! Did you disconnect both of the modules on each side behind the rear bumper?
