I just bought a 2009 Traverse LT fully loaded. It seems to drive fine but a day after i bought it was throwing the PO69E and PO191 codes. After research i found post/videos on each individual codes but never both at the same time. Has anyone on here dealt with both codes at the same time and how was it fixed?

I do believe that you do have two fuel pumps on that truck. One inside the Gas Tank and a high pressure pump at the engine. Rockauto lists both but I didn't find the high pressure pump on GM parts now.
It may be the high pressure pump: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=6775600&cc=1444048&jsn=972
Fuel Pump Module: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chevrolet,2009,traverse,3.6l+v6,1444048,fuel+&+air,fuel+pump+drive+module,14756
Or a Pressure sensor: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7334424&cc=1444048&jsn=999
I never had the two pump system so I cannot say where you should direct your attention.

It is near the back of the fuel tank and most new modules must be programmed to the vehicle by a scan tool capable of pass through module programming to function properly. Failure to do so will result in the fuel pump being inoperative. Although Dorman sells a plug and play one which is the one i purchased and it worked out of the box.
