2009 AWD Camshaft Position Sensor and VVT Solenoid - Help with access

These have been showing up lately through P0011. I have not dug into taking these off and replacing them if needed.

I have a general idea where they are. I've briefly looked at YouTube videos and will likely revisit them. However, the videos I have found relate to 2011 and newer. I get the sense that the 2009 may be different enough.

It would be really great if I could get some help from this forum, especially with the following.

1. Access to and willingness to share any diagram, shop/service manual pages, or some step by step information that could help me with removing these parts.

2. If you could recommend a video or two, I would really appreciate it.

You can get the service manual at alldatadiy.com for $20 for a month, or $35-40 for a year.

There are several threads relating to the VVT's here on the forum; use the search field at the top of the page. Not sure what model year they may relate to.
