I have a 2009 and started having misfires pop up right at 150k. I have since replaced all the coils except #2 (for reference: looking at the engine from the hood latch, its the one on the front bank all the way left), and that is the last one that is misfiring. there is a video on youtube of a guy that replaced all his coils with no issues, but I don't see how #2 will come out with the intake in place. it hits right under what appears to be a freeze Plug boss. has anybody else been able to remove this coil with the intake in place? I want confirmation before I just break it out, so I know I can get the new on back in. hahaha.

Well, I made it work. I went in there with a Carbide Burr and gently removed just enough material from the intake to get the Coil pack out and the new one in. I had to remove some material for #6, as well. By doing this I was able to replace all 6 coil packs without removing anything else (Except the purge for #6).
