Can i negotiate price on 2018 traverse?

So chevy is currently running a special of 0% financing on all of their models, i found a chevy traverse LT model msrp at 39,400 marked down to 34,049. Is there still wiggle room to negotiate another 1,000-2,000 off the asking price? If i can get them down another 2,000 i also want the plate and fee’s included in that price.
Any help would be appreciated! Going tomorrow to look at the car

There is a limited amount of money in the dealer's pot. 0% financing usually adds 10% more to the cost of a vehicle unless there is a truly special incentive to move vehicles. At this point in time with 2019 vehicles arriving a 2018 becomes something of a liability and the dealers pay a monthly flooring charge on each vehicle in their inventory and this is at a very high rate.

Last two days of the month there is an incentive to sell a vehicle and get it off the books. I have also saved money by working directly with the fleet manager or sales manager or finance manager as these individuals do not get a commission on sales and so this money is "in the pot". Once I have a deal in place I then start asking for extras with the dealer to provide me with add-ons like floor mats, cargo cover, and similar items at no cost or at the very least at their cost and with no installation charges. No dealer is going to kill a deal over such small items in my own experience. With my 2011 Duramax pickup that I bought in October of 2011 I got over $2400 in free extras from the dealer which included chrome running boards, GM bed liner, GM tow mirrors, and a GM diamond plate tool box.

I also go to the dealer showroom 2 hours before they close for the day. This minimizes the extent to which they can drag out negotiations. This is also why I go to the sales manager directly so I don't get the game playing with the sales person saying that they have to check each step in the process with the sales manager and get their approval. One might as well go direct and cut all this BS out.
