Abs and traction control light after dead battery.

Recently left my key and lights on and had to jump my 2012 traverse. After starting it the traction control and abs lights are on. I thought it was possibly because it still needed the battery to be topped off so I fully charged it. Still have the warning lights on after charging. Is there a reset that I need to do in order to get them to run off? They had come in during a road trip a couple weeks ago when I noticed my charging gauge dropping. I had to have alternator replaced at dealer and they were off until this latest episode. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree. The first thing to try would be to reset (clear) the codes with a code reader. You need a friend (or a shop) that has a code reader to clear the codes for you, and then see if they return.
