Voice Recognition is not working 2014 Traverse
Hello ~ I have a 2016 Traverse LT with the mylink system. I bought the car used. Love the car but have two issues. The main issue I have is with the voice feature. I am not able to talk to my car or on the phone. I can make a call and hear the person on the line but they can not hear me. I can press the button on the steering wheel and the lady asks for a command but when I talk.... nothing... it says no voice recognition. I so badly want to use this feature in my car and would love to be able to trouble shoot this at home instead of paying GM a ton of money to fix at my local dealership. They don't even know what's wrong with it when I called and asked the staff about the issue.
Did anyone have this same issue and find a way to resolve it?
