Which Jack Pad?

Looking to purchase a jack pad so I can use a regular floor jack. Which one have you guys used?

Just the other day saw a video where the plastic ones deform under load....

I use a metal pinch weld tool- then place jacks stands in safe locations.

Capucine uses a piece of wood behind the pinch weld. Seems to work very well for him.
