Replaced strut and got stabilitrack

i went to go replace the front right strut and was planning on replacing the front left here in a couple weeks and got the dreaded stabilitrack and traction control off messages. Steering wheel is off centered too. Im assuming the alignment is off is why im getting those messages. I guess i will go and reinstall the old strut until i get the other strut in then go get an alignment.

yes, previous folks have had the same issue and it was related to the steering wheel position sensor....

Kind of like-- hey- steering wheel is pointed at X degrees-- but car is going straight.....

Yup, alignment will fix it, putting the old strut back in more than likely won't.
