Unhappy 2019 Traverse audio issues

This is more of a rant than anything. Purchased a 2019 Traverse on 11/20/18. Owned it for 12 days.. driving along and heard a loud pop from rear of car - and then ALL sound completely went out. No radio, no apple carplay, no turn signal sounds, nothing. Took car to dealer, who told me to bring car back at end of week so they could give me a loaner. Took the car back to dealer on 12/7/18. Two days later I got a call saying they had to replace radio and amplifier, but amplifier had to be ordered. After 9 days of waiting for the part, I finally got car back on 12/15/18 at 5:00 pm. My husband picked it up, and I did not get into the car until 12/16 when I noticed the time was not set (pretty poor service to not even set the clock)... I then noticed that the turn signals and door chimes were super, super loud... but then realized that Apple carplay was missing and the hands free phone was not working at all. So... back to the dealer I went. They told me to bring car in 12/18 so I could get a loaner. Took the car in at 7:30 am on 12/18 and heard nothing until today, 12/19, stating that they had to order 2 more parts.. an antenna and a cancellation microphone. They said the parts should be here by Friday. At this point, the service department has now had my car longer than I have. Other than this issue, I do love the car... but I am getting extremely disappointed at the service department. Did they not even test out the new radio and amplifier before giving it back to me??

Thank sucks! Sorry to hear about this ordeal. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've heard someone say the dealer took care of the problem first time out.

I havenít taken my vehicle in but itís happened twice within 3 days. I hear a loud pop, almost like Iíve hit a bird or something and the radio goes dead and Bluetooth quits. The screen doesnít go blank like other posts Iíve been reading. It still shows the station information and the song that is playing but nothing. It fixes itself when I turn off the vehicle and restart. I thought it was a computer glitch the first time but itís happened again. I also have a 2019 Traverse.

Traverse Speaker Issues

My speakers would randomly stop working and then if I restarted the car they would work. After three trips to the dealer and me having to document the problem with videos, they decided it was the ANC computer. We are 51 days in and they are still waiting for the part.

Lifetime Chevy fan but this is quite frustrating

Did anyone get this resolved? I have a 2019 Traverse and am having the same issue. It happened 4 times.

1st time, just the left front door and dash speaker went out. Stayed like this for the rest of the day and in the morning was fine.
2nd time it started dropping left then right speakers then all sound was gone and a pop about every 6 seconds played out of all speakers. The persisted even when turning the car off. After 5-10 minutes driving like this the popping stopped and radio went back to normal.
3rd time just the whole left side went out, front and back. Of course this also caused the turn signals to no longer make a clicking noise. Shutting the radio and driving about 10-15 minutes corrected it.
4th time, exact same as 1st time with right side going out.

Angry Same Problem with 2018 Traverse

I have had my 2018 for a year and a half and have had all of these problems. They have replaced 2 amps, speakers, and interface module and still having issues. Not to mention that ever since they replaced the 1st amp none of the amps work and they are telling me now that this is a cloud issue with GM even though this has not worked for over 9 months. And that the cloud issues is also what has been causing all the other issues. Dealership doesn't care and even dealing with GM Executives I am beginning to think they do not care either. They wanted me to take it to another dealership but if I do that I have to pay $145 for a diagnostics for something that the first dealership has yet to fix!!
