P0017 code, troubelshooting

We have a issue which is becoming more frequent. the car starts and drives fine, however occasionally when pulling away in first, the engine will rev high as it switches gears, (as it changes from 1 to 2--- you see the needle jump up revv up and then back down) after that its fine.Yesterday I got the "Change Oil Soon" message, then today it threw code P0017.

Any ideas?

P0017 code is related to the chains.
THere is a slight chance- that changing oil may help. As that was one of the early ways to get that to go away (dirty oil).

How many miles on your oil? OLM %?
