Sway bar bushings

I have a 2011 traverse LT1 and have the saw rattle alot of people have been complaining about. I've already replaced the front struts and still have the issue. I jacked up the front end and removed the passenger tire. Only issues I can see are the sway bar bushing look warn and there is a tear on the lower control arm bushing. I've looked online and found the sway bar bushings for around 14 bucks from a Chevy dealer online and the lower control arm bushing for around 130. I'm going to replace the sway bar bushing first since it's the cheapest but I see they offer a 29mm and a 30mm bushing. Does anyone know other then calling the dealer how to figure which bushing is needed. I've attached pics to show the gap of the sway bar bushing and the tear on the control arm bushing. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I know there are a hundred other posts about the rattle but I already have idea of cause, just need help with bushing size if anyone knows.

just replaced my sway bar bushings last week, 143,000 miles

used MOOG K200876.

Rock auto shows the 29MM AC DELCO for the 2010 and 2011.

ACDELCO site has 1 part on their site- makes no reference to 29 or 30 MM.... which is the same part # on the rock auto site.

Suspension Stabilizer Bar Bushing Kit
All; Front To Frame

Per Vehicle: 1; Years: 2009-2014

I read a post where some one also ran into this size issue.

anyways...

I suddenly got a dull thud. Not metallic.
and I figured id replace the bushings 1st.
this quieted the sound a bit. but the sound is still there on bumpier roads.
My endlinks arent super loose.. but theyre not tight.
Ill replace the endlinks next week. Ill see if it quiets it down.

Thanks for the pics and advice. Appreciate it. Gonna order the sway bar bushing and try the cheaper route first.
