Does Home depot sell these P-hooks?

I noticed the wind from the LA storms snapped my P-hook...
I think I can screw a new one in--- versus calling the cable company (its very accesible)....
and would be much easier to buy and screw in-- than to call- make appt- wait for man- put dogs away- open gate- endure barking dogs, etc....
