If I unlock the traverse, get in the front passenger door, stick key in ignition to roll up windows or mess with radio then get out, lock up doors with key fob the radio will continue to play. I found that weird. Cause if you're on the drivers side then opening the door when exiting will turn off radio.

I believe mine does the same thing...

I think because the driver would want to continue to listen to the radio-- when a passenger gets out...

yup, mine does the same thing, like rb said it.
its the only time I get to listen to what I want on the radio, when all the passengers are out and I stay in. Happy

The radio only turns off once the driver opens the door. It will stay on for 10 minutes after you shut the ignition off.. you can also roll the windows up or down until you open the driver door, but only from the driver door I think.

Yes the turn of is triggered by the drivers door only.  My Last Truck 2007 Colorado would shut it off with either door. I found it a pain if the radio went off because the passenger got out.

I just assumed they fixed this in the Traverse.
