iPhone 7 not connecting to MyLink via USB
I have a 2016 LT2 Traverse with the full NAV head and BOSE surround sound, and have never had a problem with MyLink recognizing my iPhone 7 when I connected it using an Apple USB/Lighting connector, until today. I plugged the phone in, as usual, and the iPhone file menu came up on the MyLink screen, again as usual. The problem, after selecting a podcast, the file wouldn't play. OK, I disconnected and reconnected the iPhone, screen showed "USB Device Connecting" then "Unsupported Device" I tried a cold reboot of the phone and reconnected, same response. I shut off the MyLink head and shut off the engine, opened the door to clear the power to the head, tried to reconnect again after another cold reboot of the phone, and same USB Device Connecting" and eventual "Unsupported Device" response.
As I said, it used to work great and now it's not. Any Suggestions?
